• Use To use these chillers simply connect the drain of your brew kettle to the wort-in fitting of the chillers. Be sure to screen the wort as grain or hop residue can clop the chiller, and be very difficult to remove. Connect the wort-out fitting to another brewing pot or into your fermenter. Now connect a garden hose to water-in fitting and a tube to the water-out fitting to take the worm water away. You can also use a pump with cold water and recirculated it to use less water. You may need to adjust the flow rate of the water and/or wort until you achieve your desired end temperature.
• Cleaning Flush the wort side of the chiller out immediately after use. Soak the chiller in sanitizer and throughly rinse the wort-side out with clean water. Allow the chiller to air dry between uses. You can also boil the chiller to clean an sanitize it.
